The appointed Lawyer will be tasked with providing legal advice for cases at the Crown Courtand conducting advocacy in relation to challenging, serious and sensitive cases. As a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer, you will be required to analyse, review, prepare and present to Magistrates and Crown Courts and so the ability to demonstrate high levels ofadvocacy and written & oral communication skills is essential.THE SENIOR PROSECUTIONS LAWYER:Applications are sought from Criminal Solicitors or Barristers who possess a minimum of 3 years PQE. It is essential that your qualification was gained in England & Wales in order to be considered for this role. With current and broad experience of a rangeof Criminal work, the appointed Senior Prosecutions Lawyer must be a confident advocate and have extensive knowledge of the legal framework in relation to Criminal Law.
