Job Description

SHEQ Manager

  • Make a significant impact within a leading packaging manufacturer as a SHEQ Manager
  • Basic salary £35k-£40k DOE + attractive benefits package including up to 10% bonus, generous holiday allowance, pension and more
  • Current experience working as a Health & Safety Manager/SHEQ Manager in a manufacturing facility
  • Experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance

What Will You Be DoingAs SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality within our manufacturing facility. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, manage health and safetyprotocols, and implement best practices to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Your role will involve conducting regular audits, training staff on safety procedures, and continuously improving our SHEQ systems.SHEQ ManagerRequirements:
  • Must have current qualifications and certifications as a Health & Safety Manager
  • Thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements for manufacturing facilities
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Knowledge of the print or packaging industry is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
