Sales Administrator - NorwichTechnique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist engineering and manufacturing recruitment company based in Norfolk. We are recruiting on behalf ofa world leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke electrical heating and cooling solutions who are lookingto expand their team with an experienced sales administrator.The successful candidate will be responsible to provide daily administrative support. Working as part of small team, in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and customer focus is key. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and work well on their own initiative.This role is full time Monday-Friday. Hybrid working from home will be a possibility after successful probation period and exact working hours can be flexibleJob Responsibilities:- Assist with the recording of sales enquiries- Order entry in the companies ERP system- Preparation of enquiry folders for sales engineer’s review.- Preparation of quotations forcompany standard product range.- To support in the preparation of Pre-qualification packages. - General maintenance of companies Experience list- General maintenance of sales/pipe reports- Support regional sales managers with tender uploads to client portals.- Producing commercial shipping documentation/certification when required.- Any other duties as assigned.Essential Skills:- Strong attention to detail- To be able to work on own initiative.- Team player- Good/clear communication skills- Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDesirable Skills:- Previous administrative experience- Knowledge of oil and gas sector- Product knowledge
