Job Description

R13 are currently working alongside a well-established retail supplier to recruit a Regional Customer Account Manager to join their team. This role is based across the North Norfolk area and will involve you travelling to both existing and new clients to grow sales, maintain key relationships and ensure success.If you are a tenacious, driven individual with previous account management/sales experience and are looking to move forward into a new, exciting challenge in a people-centric environment, then this will be a great opportunity for you.**Please note that this role requires a clean valid UK drivers license** Your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships within your given territory.
  • Maximising potential for growth and sales through effective planning.
  • Negotiating effectively to ensure the best possible revenue.
  • Generating leads for new business opportunities.
  • Managing the sales process from lead generation through to pitching and closing.
  • Presenting to potential customers via face to face meetings, telephone and email.
  • Delivering growth & target plans.
  • Ensuring the client is kept up to date on the latest Company offering in relation to product and price
  • Being a highly professional brand ambassador.
You will have/be:
  • Previous experience in an account management role.
  • The ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Confident handling multiple account management projects at one time.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation.
  • Drive and motivation to win business
  • A clean, valid UK drivers license is essential for this position.
This role is a full-time position, covering the North Norfolk area and offering competitive basic salary plus bonus.
