Job Description

Customer Service Manager- Watton- £45,000I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager on behalf our our client based in Watton. My client is experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a experienced Customer Service Manager to drive performance in this exciting period of growth, progressionopportunities will also be available!Salary: £45,000Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pmJob Responsibilities:

  • To oversee a team of 20 who schedule, organise and assist a team of engineers nationwide.
  • To be the focal point of contact for both internal and external customers, handling any issues they may have and developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Conduct staff meetings, appraisals and 121s
  • Recruit, train and support the Helpdesk and Field Staff
  • Ensure contractual deadlines are met and to think creatively about how do overcome any issues
  • Bring continuous innovation and improvement to meet changing business or operational circumstances.
What are we looking for
  • Experience of working within the utilities sector
  • Experience of managing a successful customer services team
  • Someone willing to travel between the 2 sites in Watton and Lincolnshire
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • A high level of organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
