Are you content powerhouse looking for a new and exciting opportunity R13 Recruitment are partnering with a fast paced and dynamic marketing agency in their search for a Content Manager to join their growing team. Your flair for crafting compelling content will aid you receiving and executing client briefs. You will also develop strategic plans and propose engaging ideas to drive brand success.Based in Norfolk with hybrid working opportunities, this is a full time, permanent opportunity working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.   • Receiving and executing briefs from account handlers for client campaigns.
  • Developing strategic content plans that align with client objectives, budget, and timelines.
  • Proactively proposing content ideas based on research and trends to clients and account handlers.
  • Creating engaging copy for various client channels, including web, blogs, emails, editorials, ads, and social media.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to produce visual assets for successful client campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing as needed
  • Efficiently managing client relationships, supporting in meetings and other communications as required.
You will have/be
  • Demonstratable experience in successful content-led campaigns, either in-house or agency.
  • Proficient in developing content plans for social media and web channels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for various formats and platforms, including web and social media.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to generate eye-catching content ideas.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of showing initiative.
  • Highly organised with the capability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO and its role in driving organic visibility and traffic.
