Handling a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be ambitious and driven with the ability to deal with a full and varied caseload of commercialproperty transactions including landlord and tenant matters, site acquisition and disposal, land development, sales and purchases of premises, leases and some commercial matters including partnership matters, sale and purchase of business assets and sharesales.THE CANDIDATE:Ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 3 years PQE in conducting their own caseload of commercial property transactions and possess the ability to advise across the broad spectrum of commercial property law including property development matters,landlord and tenant files and complex property acquisitions and disposals. The client base is varied and includes owner-manged business, property developers and larger organisations to name but a few. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail andthe ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care. The successful solicitor will have a good academic background and will have gained commercial property experience within well-respected firms. They will be skilled at building lastingworking relationships with clients, willing to play an active role in the teams business development activities and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the commercial property teams ongoing success.
