Service Advisor - Motor tradeLocation: AlfretonSalary: Looking at £26,000 to £31,000 basic, depending on experience, with a bonus on top (4k)Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30-5.30OC15052My client is recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor / driver for their award winning Dealership in Alfreton, we are looking for a Service Advisor who wants to join a growing company, with excellent progression opportunities and a great salary. For this customer facing Service Advisor opportunity you must have experience within a cusiotmer face to face Service roleService Advisor role:
  • This Service Advisor position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.This customer advisor role is within a busy dealership that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Dealing with customers when their cars come in for a service. You will also be collecting / delivering a few cars every day, so must be a comfortable driver
