Job Description

Workshop AdministratorThis exciting opportunity is a full time, permanent role at one Europes leading suppliers of logistical services. Based in Newtownabbey, our client has grown significantly in recent years, and now provide a diverse range of logistic services across Ireland,the United Kingdom and Europe.The Workshop Administrator role that we are recruiting for within this business is a key role in this business, and you could be the right person to join this winning team and contribute to a very successful international operation.The Role:

  • Upload and process reports such as Job cards and service history.
  • Liaise with internal/external customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with purchasing of items for maintenance and breakdowns.
  • Play a vital role as an Administrator supporting our workshop team with a range of professional and high-quality services.
  • Identify all recharge and warranty opportunities
What we are Looking For:
  • Experience using kerridge /CDK is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
  • Open minded people who are open to learning the systems our client uses.
  • Experience using Truck file is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
  • Experience in the Mercedes product is preferred but not essential.
