These are, growing sales, customer service, operational knowledge, leading & coaching the team, knowing your product & owning the brand. All of these elements are essential for our Store Managers to understandand be passionate about whilst delivering, leading by example and driving the success of the store. We need someone who is confident engaging with customers and leading their team from the front. Youll need to thrive on customer interaction and be able to create a first class service for our customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone focused onexceeding targets and working to KPIs.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be results driven and enjoy being "hands on" in the day to day running of your store;
  • You will love the customer and want to ensure each person has an amazing experience with TPS;
  • You are great at multi- tasking and prioritising tasks daily;
  • You will have a strong commercial knowledge and be able to think and act strategically;
  • and you will have proven experience of leading and coaching an engaged store team who deliver consistent results.
