Job Description

Service Desk Analyst Newtownabbey £14p/h | 37.5 hours | Mon- Fri Temporary Ongoing Our client, one of the largest IT organisations in the UK are looking for first point of contact for their clients with technical queries.Are you passionate about IT, cutting-edge technology and softwareAre you looking to make your mark in the IT sphereThen this is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your career in the exciting and varied world of technology and software solutions.The Role:

  • Answering and resolving all customer queries and questions
  • Logging and processing incidents and service requests from telephone, email and customer portal.
  • Making sure customers are kept updated on what’s happening with their query.
  • Prioritising and managing your own workload, while making sure you meet deadlines.
  • Working in accordance with our company policies, procedures and standards.
The Person:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience working on the telephone communicating with customers.
  • A curiosity for IT
  • IT service support experience (desired not essential)
