Job Description

Reception/AdministratorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception/Administrator to join leading organisation, based in Mallusk - that has been established for 40 years, providing sector leading services to various clients.This is a Full-Time, Permanent positionWorking hours: MondayFriday: 8.30am5pm (office basedwith free onsite parking)With a salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Job Role:You will be responsible for all administrative support as well as being the first point of contact for customers.Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Administration/Reception/Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate with the knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • All reception duties that include greeting visitors to the office, managing the switchboard and emails, relaying information to the appropriate team members
  • Scanning, filing, and organising client information and paperwork as necessary
  • Managing outgoing post
  • General admin duties
  • Dealing with sales enquiries via email and telephone
  • Assisting members of staff as and when required
