Job Description

Project Administrator My client is a leading organisation based in Mallusk, Newtownabbey. They are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their team.This position is temporary with the view of being made permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate.Start Date: AsapWorking Hours: MondayFriday 8.30am5pm (4pm on a Friday)Salary: Negotiable dependant on experienceEssential Criteria:

  • Previous administration experience within a similar office environment
  • Proficient in the use of IT packages
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload, while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
The role of Project Administrator will include duties:
  • Printingsite drawing packs, document packs etc
  • Data entry POWERPOINTS, REPORTS ETC updated as required
  • O and M manual collation
  • BCAR and building control file administration and submission
  • Travel bookings and co-ordinationflights, hotels etc
  • Updating spreadsheetsproject teams, circulation lists etc
  • Minute taking
  • Produce Site Start up folders per HSEQ requirements
  • Supporting document control
  • Sample labelling for PM review/quality checks prior to posting
  • General administration, including photocopying, binding, laminating, and formatting documents to support the team
  • Ad hoc admin duties
