Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working closely with a client in Co Antrim who have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Payroller to join their finance team.This is a permanent job offering a brilliant career and job security.The Role:Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the role has responsibility for processing a payroll for 500+ employees, weekly and monthly. The post holder will work closely with team leaders and managers throughout the business ensuring the timely and accurate processingof a complex payroll while adhering to the latest payroll legislation.More specific duties will involve:Operational control of both the weekly and monthly payrollCalculation of payrolls including the maintenance of the Kronos Time & Attendance systemEstablishing working relationships with production, service and support departmentsPreparation and submission of the pension contributions to various schemes and management of the auto enrolment pension schemePreparing and submitting HMRC submissionsAbsence and overtime reporting, both weekly and monthlyEnsuring the company is compliant with the latest payroll legislationAdministration relating to Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to work scheme, charity givingThe Person:Candidates will have previous payroll experience gained within the manufacturing industry and will have experience working with Time & Attendance software.Candidates will have experience working with Sage Payroll.Candidates will have excellent MS Excel skills.Candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to communicate with staff and Management at all levels throughout the company.Candidates will have 5 GCSE passes or equivalent to include Maths and English.Get in Touch:Please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on for further information and email an up to date cv to
