Mortgage Advisor - NewtonabbeyPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a highly experienced suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a very well established independent Estate Agency business in Newtonabbey as their first in house Mortgage and Protection Advisor.The Estate Agency business currently outsource their high volume mortgage business to a third-party. The business now want to take Mortgage Advisory in house and form a Mortgage Advisory arm of the EA business with PRIMIS Mortgage Network as a partner firmsupporting the venture.The existing referral numbers and commissions generated are substantial as the business are focused on the value of FS to their Estate Agency business as are their staff members whom are incentivised to focus on FS opportunities.We are specifically looking for a highly experienced broker whom is looking for a more lucrative seat and that is attracted by the base salary of up to £35,000 for the very best and with an OTE of £75,000 + The role benefits from the PRIMIS circa 90 lender panel and 15 provider protection panel with no loading to customers premiums ensuring the very best customer outcomes.PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, is the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers across some 1000 individually branded businesses.The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers,New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency - the list goes on..Applications / approaches will be exclusively managed by James McNee of PRIMIS Mortgage Network / LSL’s internal recruitment functionWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
