Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with an established client in Newtownabbey who are actively recruiting for a full-time Credit Controller to join their finance team.This is a full time post, office based.Salary £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.The Role:Reporting to the Finance Director, the post holder will be responsible for the full credit control function to include:Full Credit Control function including invoice and statement runsPreparing customer statements using Sage & ExcelEntering Receipts in Sage 50 – cheques, bank receiptsRaising Credit Notes utilizing CASH systemCollecting Direct DebitsTaking and processing card paymentsDealing with Customer QueriesAssisting with purchase ledgerGeneral accountancy and admin dutiesThe Person:Applicants will have previous credit control and sales ledger experience, will have excellent communication skills and will have an up beat, positive and proactive attitude.Applicants will be conversant with Sage software and MS Excel and will be comfortable taking ownership of the full credit control function.This opportunity offers job security, a happy working environment and an immediate start for the right person.Please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on and email an up to date cv to
