Job Description

Government Contracts AdministratorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Government Contracts Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business based in Mallusk.This is a Full-Time, permanent positionWorking hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am5pmSalary£21,000 - £22,000Essential Criteria:

  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbalwith the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Desirable Criteria:
  • Previous experience within an office environment
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inputting details into the system
  • Allocating vehicles for sale
  • Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients
  • Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers
  • Registering new customers and buyers
  • Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries
  • General administration for Government Contracts
  • Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock
