Accounts Payable Supervisor- Newtownabbey- £30,000 per annumReed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-known Hospitality Organisation with their Head Offices based in Newtownabbey. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team on a full-time,permanent basis.Responsibilities: Processing invoices accurately and effectively on a daily basis to ensure all amounts are paid within payment terms Dealing with any queries relating to the invoices received to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner and to minimise back log Printing and sending debit notes to the supplier Ensuring all work is completed in line with month end targets Do monthly statement reconciliations against the ledger for the suppliers and request copies or further information as required Completing monthly cheque runs and bacs runs Intrastat Debit Balances Running weekly reports through excelPerson Specification 2 years experience in a similar role People management experience Sage Accounts experienceHours of work Monday to Friday 9am-5pmIf you would like to be considered for this role then please submit your CV via the link provided.
