Our client based on the outskirts of Belfast are seeking 1st Line Support Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be required for 2-4 months from Mid July 2023.The 1st Line Support Advisors will be required to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role or have a passion for IT/computer systems.Successful candidates will be required to answer calls relating to technical support, ticket logging to provide a resolution to a range of IT issues. This includes fault resolution, handling escalations and providing support when required. 4 weeks full trainingwill be provided.Due to the location of the company offices, your own form of reliable transport would be preferred.If you do not hear from a Consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately, on this occasion, you have been unsuccessful.
