Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs a Concierge/Estate Caretaker you will promote a safe and secure living environment for our customers, in line with Health and Safety law and Places for People Group policies.Your role with us will be to assist in the management of our site and its surrounding areas, carry out tenancy change visits and conduct thorough inspections of our properties and ensure all properties and communal areas are free from Health & Safety hazardsor Fire risks alongside completing all relevant admin regularly and efficiently.You will ensure any cleaning, grounds maintenance and other maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, liaising with relevant departments and our partner agencies. You will arrange a rapid response to vandalism, graffiti and litter ensuring these are reportedto the relevant team or in some circumstances you will deal with these issues yourself.For more information please download our job profile available on our websiteThis is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, your working hours are flexible and your preferences can be discussed at iinterview.More about youAre you looking for a role that you can make a difference and put use your skills to support the local communityYou will have experience working in a similar role whereby your understanding of health and safety; attention to detail and emapathetic approach has added value to vulnerable service users. You will work closely with all of our customers and internal stafftherefore strong communication skills and a great attitude are essential for this role.
