Job Description

Job Title: Street Works Coordinator Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 - Depending on level of experience Location: Newton-le-Willows Job Reference: JW10836 Do you have experience working in a Commercial based role within the Telecoms & Utilities Industry (If yes please continue to read!)Do you have strong Administration skills within a fast pace environmentExceptional communication skills & can work well under pressureAbility to pick up new systems well and all round computer literateIf yes to the above and you are keen to join a friendly and well established team, I would love to hear from you !Package Details:

  • Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on level of experience)
  • 25 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am5:00pm
  • Great working environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • To monitor, manage and administrate Notices and Permit submissions on behalf of the undertaker and statutory undertaker.
  • To liaise with Control Coordinators, Operational team members, and Suppliers.
  • Governance in New Roads and Streetworks 1991 legislation and regulation, including those affected by elements of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
  • Governance and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Quality assurance and validation of notices and permits prior to or upon submission.
  • To liaise with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • To comply with the relevant Health and Safety Policy provisions.
  • To perform other duties as required.
  • To ensure all agreed client and internal KPIs are met or exceeded.
Experience Required:
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Adept in the logistical skills required to produce effective and efficient work programs.(Customer, materials, geography)
  • Able to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Must be adept in use of software systems.
  • Proven track record in Administration role.
  • Good IT skills
