This is a great opportunity to access fast career growth in a stimulating start-up environment and to take significant ownershipThe main purpose of this role is todrive digital marketing, lead generation, brand awareness and growing Speedy’s digital footprint across the full spectrum of digital channels (Ecommerce, Inbound Marketing and SEO/PPC etc)Key AccountabilitiesProgress/manage the digital marketing strategy to optimise lead generation through all digital channels. Launch inbound marketing capability to support hire and service propositions.Drive Speedy’s Web/e-Commerce customer proposition – specifying insight-led customer journey to shape long term roadmap to deliver digital strategy.Full responsibility for performance, creation and optimisation of all digital channels: SEO, PPC, Online display, Paid Social and in the future, third party relationshipsManage CRO strategy in conjunction with web team to and CRO agency to identify key customer journeys digitally and potential areas of improvement.Provision of data analytics to leverage marketing, transactional and website behaviour to improve tracking, measurement and conversion/performanceManagement and optimization of CRM activities with Sales to deliver improved conversion rates at key transaction stages and handover from MQL to SQLEvaluate, propose and implement launch of marketing automation capability/marketing technology stack to manage progression of prospects to MQLs.Introduce and manage best in class digital partners/agencies to optimise digital channel performanceWork in partnership with IT function in the development of the digital transformation strategyResponsible for content generation from products, specifications and content rich inspirationalResponsible for digital marketing in B2B and B2C Digital channelsResponsible to develop the digital teamWhat you’ll need
