Role: CAD Technician – Building ServicesLocation: CoventrySalary: £40,000 to £45,000 DOE An exciting opportunity for a CAD Technician has become available with an established Building Services organisation in Coventry.Due to continued growth and major contract wins, my client seeks an experienced CAD Technician with skills in AutoCAD and BIM join a small team of professionals providing M&E solutions to the Building Services Industry. You will be responsible for the design and modelling of HVAC, Ductwork and Pipework solutions using AutoCAD & BIM Software.Skills Required:

Proven experience of working for fast paced Building Services organisation

Experienced CAD Technician using AutoCAD 2D and 3D

Experience of BIM Software

Experience of Revit software

Experience in the design of Ductwork, Pipework and HVAC systems, Building Services

Use of a rage of CAD and Modelling Systems

Ability to liaise with contractors and external service providers
