Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning, Devon based business as Senior Administrator. This role will involve a mix of office and home based working, and hours are 8.30am - 5pm, with flexible working available. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and a real passion for people! Our client is a forward-thinking and friendly business who believes in making their company a place where people enjoy coming to work. This temporary role is likely to last around two months but is subject to change.Candidates who are interested in this role will need to be available immediately or at very short notice to be considered for this position.Responsibilities:

  • Communicate information to staff relating to well-being offerings that are available Create content and maintain company noticeboards
  • Ensure internal comms are saved appropriately
  • Assist in gathering of content for Annual Reports
  • Coordinate and run a programme of monthly virtual social events
  • Support the team with general administration as required
  • Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Strong IT skills, particularly using PowerPoint
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Able to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise
  • A real passion for people, with infectious enthusiasm and energy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A creative spark to think outside the box
  • A willingness to learn new things and explore new ways of doing things
