Our Client is looking for a part-time Quality Assurance / Technical Assistant to join their fast growing team.No experience necessary but is an advantage as they are looking for someone who is looking to learn the role and all training will be provided.Responsibilities of the job include (but will not be limited to) the following:* To be aware of, promote and when necessary, enforce all Health, Hygiene and Site Safety Rules* Daily, weekly, monthly Quality Assurance, procedural and hygiene standard checks* Distribution, collation, checking and filing of applicable paperwork Internal auditing: * Monthly Hygiene, Housekeeping and Proofing Weekly Glass & Hard Plastic * Finished Product, environmental swabs, hand swabs and water sampling for microbiological analysis * External laboratory registration and sample preparation * Retained samples - logging, storage, organisation and disposal when applicable * Daily laboratory equipment calibration checks* Monthly temperature probe, scales calibration checks * Laboratory sample analysis - Brix, pH, ABV, Density, SO2 * Daily chiller / freezer temperature checks * Aluminium Can PCT (Product Compatibility Testing) - Form completion, sample preparation * On-line Q.A Checks, applicable documentation completion* Weekly laundry management, collection preparation and delivery allocationCar parking availableImmediate startPay is £9.50 an hour This could become Full-time as the company grows.
