We are excited to collaborate with a client near Newton Abbot, in seeking a Senior Healthcare Professional or Field Care Supervisor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.Whether you are currently a team leader or a Senior Healthcare Assistant aiming to advance into a Field Care Supervisor role, we invite you to consider this opportunity. This position encompasses Newton Abbot and its surrounding areas, so access to transportationis vital as you will be conducting care assessments and customer reviews for the provider. With the companys expanding operations, they are seeking candidates with a robust background in the care industry. The client places a strong emphasis on career progression, with the potential for this role to evolve into a Deputy Manager position in the future.Thisrole entails a 40-hour workweek, with every other weekend off.
