Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer required for a quality, traditional and established firm of Auctioneers, Valuers, Surveyors and Estate Agents in the Newton Abbot area, with on target earnings of up to £30,000.Our client, is a sought-after firm to work for, dealing with a wide variety of town and rural property sales across the South Devon area to include residential, commercial, land, equestrian, farms and agricultural. They are looking for an experienced SalesNegotiator to work in their Dartmoor office and ideally you will have estate agency experience and have a strong sales background dealing with all types of clientele. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an agent with long established roots in theindustry and cover the whole selling process from valuation to sales progression for a really wide spectrum of properties.The role will include phoning potential applicants, client, feedback, arranging and carrying out viewings and valuations, sales progression and negotiating offers.The candidate they are looking for must have a spark and a real passion for property sales and be friendly, driven and keen to learn. Good local market knowledge is also preferred. You will be of polished appearance and be professional, proactive and organised.This is a company with a great reputation and the right candidate can expect a basic salary of around £20,000 (negotiable)and an OTE of £30,000 depending on experience. You will need your own car but will have a mileage allowance.Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm and Saturdays on rota 9-1pm.
