Job Description

Customer Enabling AdvisorHome Based (with occasional travel to offices in either Bideford or Newton Abbot) Full Time - 36.25 hours per week Salary £22,508 Per Annum We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Enabling Advisor with experience in a customer service environment to join our team. The role will be predominately home based with occasional travel to our offices in either Newton Abbot or Bideford. This isa full time, permanent position.You will take all calls and emails from our customers across the business, dealing with as many of these on that first contact as possible. No day will ever be the same and you will never stop learning in this role. Experience in social housing is not essentialas full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who cares about delivering an excellent service to our customers and is prepared to go the extra mile to resolve a problem.Duties include raising repairs to properties, arranging surveyor inspections, dealing with tenancy and estate management related queries, handling rent queries and updating customer information.In return we offer: * A competitive annual salary of £22,508 per annum *26 days annual leave *Healthcare plan *Company pension scheme *Refer a friend bonus scheme and reward and recognition schemes * Work from home set up*Is this you:

  • Experience in a customer service environment. A background in social housing would be desirable but is not essential
  • Experience working in a busy and varied environment
  • Strong communication skills and confident handling a variety queries over the phone
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
