UX DesignerNewport (Remote)£40000 - £65000PermanentMy client, a leading software company based just outside of Newport, are on the hunt for a diverse and creative UX Designer to join their dynamic global Design Team.Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be pivotal in the next stage of the companys growth as they embark on the phase of development. You will be comfortable with wearing different hats throughout the working day as there is multiple projects that youwill have a hand in. You will be a risk taker and an innovator and comfortable with backing up your design ideas to various teams throughout the company.Key responsibilities and attributes: Define the look and feel of user interface products and conceptual prototypes Work closely with Product Managers to understand feature requirements Participate and observe in User Research, Design and User Testing activities Produce sketches, task/user flows, wireframes and iterate designs Review and suggest areas of improvement in existing designs.
