You will have between 0-1 years’ experience specialising in non-contentious commercial work.The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of relevant commercial law and typical agreements including terms of sale, terms for the supply of services, consultancy agreements, agency and distribution agreements, NDAs and Heads of Terms.
