Temporary Accounts Receivable ClerkContract until 31/01/23Full Time - 37.5hrs a weekMon - Thurs 8 - 4.30Friday 8 - 1.30Location - CwmbranSalary - circa £22,500 pro rata/circa £11-12 per hourThis role will be working for an international brand that is a leader within their market.Your responsibilities will include -Processing company expenses every monthProcessing bank reconciliationsProducing accurate customer accountsAllocating and ensuring the payment of invoices in a timely mannerLiaising with other internal departments and customersPreparing and sticking to KPI reports as agreed with the Transaction ManagerMaintenance of current accounts as well as setting up new customersGeneral duties including month-end assistanceBenefits-Early finish on Fridays25 days holiday (pro rata)Free parking on siteGood public transport linksSocial clubs (e.g. running club or charity committees)The best candidate will have accounts receivable experience and be confident using excel.Thanks for considering an application.
