Lead Automation TesterSalary: £56,000 - £67,000Hybrid: 1 day a week - HQ: NewportWe are a public government organisation looking to modernise our coreexisting systems and expand our rapidly growing IT department. You will be joining our transformation projects, supporting us with our transition to cloud services. You will be joining the team as an experienced automation tester, ready to take on managerialresponibilities. You will be experienced with API & End-End testing tools, building automated tests to support our continuous deployment environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the team test and build activites align with agreed processes and governance.Essential: Experience with API Testing Tools - e.g. (Selenium, BDD-Cucumber, SpecFlow, Nunit & Rest-Assured). Experience with API Performance Testing - JMeter/Java. Experience with End to End automation - Serenity/Selenium-Web driver. Experience with Unit Testing. Experience with DevOps principles. Experience with web services such as REST. Experience coaching/mentoring junior talent.Desirable: Experience with Azure DevOps Experience with Git or Similar.
