Someonewhosbright, proactive people who enjoy sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues, helping them to work in smarter, better ways.The Role:Your role will be supporting Account Executives and other colleagues on complex policies, including placing new business, renewals and managing mid-term activity. This will includenegotiating policy terms, conditions, premium and income with both insurersand clients.Review market results, analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research, to make suitable insurer and product recommendations and demonstrate competency by explaining the extent of cover. You will take ownership of client cases and liaise withAccount Executives, Account Handlers, and other colleagues as appropriate.As a Senior role, the expectation is that you will go beyond mere compliance with company policies and procedures and act as a role model for best practice. Assist in the creation and ongoing development of company processes and procedures. Promote, deliverand provide support and guidance to other colleagues on new and existing company policies and procedures.
