They recognise the importance of providing a caring and safe environment, to enhance the daily lives not only to their residents but also to their staff.Our client provides Nursing and Residential care and support for people with Dementia. They deliver high standards of care and services to their residents.The Registered Nurse roleThey are a 74 bedded specialist Dementia nursing home, currently searching for a talented Registered Nurse for 36 hours per week. However, they are able to offer flexible packages. You will be flexible and able to work nights including weekend shifts (on a rota basis).The ideal Registered NurseTo be considered for this role you must demonstrate knowledge and understanding of working with residents with Dementia. To succeed in the role, you must have second to none communication skills. Be enthusiastic, well-motivated, caring and provide high standards of care at all times.
