We are proud of them and the contribution they make to the success of our company to ensure that we are the UK’s leading independent Traffic Management and work zone safety company.About the Role:The Night Shift Supervisor role is an important role within the Chevron business and you will be working alongside others who have a passion for TM and delivering a great service on UK roads. Reporting directly to the Depot Operations Manager, you will work alongside other members of the team to ensure the efficient running of the depot. Operating under the management of the Operations Manager you will implement policies and assist in the programming of works. To review the programme of works, you will liaise with other supervisors to ensure efficient use of the depot resources, and that sufficient resources of the correct competencies are available to deliver the works.Accuracy and efficiency is paramount to the role as you will support the commercial team to keep accurate records of operations. Delivering tool box talks, following the accident and incident reporting process (when required) and undertaking site inspections and audits will also be under your remit.Great communication skills are also a must as you will be expected to create and maintain new and existing relationships with sub contractors and clients.About you:A highly motivated individual, with extensive knowledge of the Traffic Management industry, you will be pro-active and be able to act safely and efficiently at all times. As you know things happen unexpectedly all the time in this industry and no two hours are the same, as such you need to be keenly attentive - adapting to ever changing situations will come naturally. You will be an excellent communicator and team worker and be proficient in the use of a PC and the use of Microsoft office software. You will have proven experience of leadership and demonstrate qualities which highlight where you have lead by example.Qualifications & Skills:To be considered for the role you will be required to hold the below qualifications/ experience:Essential

Previous demonstrable, practical experience in the TM Industry with involvement in both 12A and 12B works

Hold a current Lantra 12A Foreman Qualification

Proficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office suite of software

Attended and passed IOSH Managing Safely/SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent

Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Hold a current TSCO Qualification

Hold 12C Supervisor Qualification

Hold 12D RLTMO Qualification

Competent in the use of TM design CAD Software (Cadaptor Cone).

HGV Class 2

This role is full time,48 hours per week and you will be required to work on night shifts. There may also be opportunities for overtime. To be successful in this role you must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to commencement and throughout your employment. Required skills
