Job Description

Public Cloud, Modern Desktop & M365 Consultant

  • IT Managed Service Group
  • Hybrid - Remote/Office/Site
  • Can be based - London, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Newport or Bristol
  • Full Time Permanent
  • 25 Days Hold + Bank
  • Upto £65k DOE
Role - Responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients through their digital transformation journey, by adopting and implementing public cloud services, modern desktop solutions and Microsoft 365. Working with wider teamsto design, implement, and optimize cloud-based infrastructures and modern desktop environments while maximizing the potential of M365 productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Consultant and Solution Design
  • Cloud infrastructure deployment and optimization
  • Modern Desktop Solutions Implementation
  • M365 Implementation and Enhancement

  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Essentials:
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing public cloud environments
  • Strong knowledge of modern desktop solutions (VDI, DaaS, or WVD)
  • Experience in deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online/SharePoint Online/Teams/OneDrive)
  • Design and implement modern desktop solutions, such as virtual desktop infrastructure
  • Experience ensuring the implementation of robust security measures and compliance standard within public cloud, modern desktop and M365 environments
  • Experience of cloud automation/orchestration tools, security practices, and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of identity management principles and integration with cloud/desktop environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
