Job Description

IT Support Specialist | 2nd Line Support | On-Site | Newport | Up To £30,000Yolk Recruitment are working with a large manufacturing company who are looking to hire an experienced IT Support professional to join an established team and provide both desk side and remote support at the 2nd line level for end users across the UK andEMEA region.What youll be doing:

  • Providing expert support for Windows and MS applications
  • On-site IT support at multiple UK locations
  • PC/Laptop/Mobile setup and configuration
  • Helping with user account management and networking
  • Ensuring all calls/tickets are handled efficiently and in line with procedures and SLAs
What youll bring to the team:
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and the general Windows Stack as well as experience using Active Directory
  • A good understanding of IT support processes, and best practise
  • A valid driving license is a must as travel between UK sites will be a regular feature of the role
  • MCSA certification would be preferable
