HR Advisor 12 month contractAre you a CIPD Level 5 HR professional wanting to be part of a busy and growing HR team We have an opportunity for a HR Advisor to work on a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid working positions with on site parking, location of work is Newport.Duties Include:o To implement and deliver key HR initiativeso Support case management activities including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievances and performance issues o Ensure that performance reviews are undertake, assess quality of objectives and ensure that performance is managed effectively throughout the business o Support managers when recruiting internally and externally ensuring a robust and fit for purpose process is followed and the candidate receives an excellent experience o Maintain employee records to ensure an accurate and comprehensive employee database for information and planning purposes o Provide management information to managers and the wider HR team o Develop and carry out HR training for customers and colleaguesIf you have the following please apply ASAPo Experience of working in an operational HR environment o Experience of implementing current employment legislation and HR best practice o Excellent communication and influencing skills o Analytical and problem-solving skills o Experience of using SuccessFactors or a similar HR system o CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards o A Member of the CIPD minimum Associate LevelPlease apply ASAP
