Job Description

Are you a dedicated professional with experience in customer service Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact, is currently seeking a proactive individual to join their team. This temporary position offersan exciting opportunity to contribute to improving living conditions for community members. This role offers flexible hours and the option to work from home.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone calls to approximately 600 customers to assess the condition of their properties.
  • Accurately log customer responses, including documenting information and potentially raising orders.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of property-related matters to engage in informed discussions with customers!
Requirements:•Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency setting.•Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.•Strong IT skills for data logging and order processing.•Understanding of property-related issues, specifically damp and mould.Work Arrangements:•Agile Working: This role offers the flexibility of working from home.•Flexible Hours: Enjoy the freedom to set your working hours within the requirements of the role.Duration: Temporary/Fixed Term Contract position until the end of March.Salary: £25,000 per annum.Apply today!
