Automation Analyst - (IBM BAW developers)6 months Inside IR35Newport - remote currently We are looking for 1 Automation Developers / Analysts to join us for a six month period who have extensive experience in using IBM BAW to design business processes / user interaction and / or have experience of RPA technologies and how to deploy and configure attended / unattended bots and virtual intelligent assistants / chatbots.The following are the main areas of responsibility- Helping the Head of the Centre of Excellence to establish the CoE, including putting place governance, reuse standards, processes, etc.- Identifying and Developing opportunities for automation and exploring the possibilities for applying automation to business processes- Developing and configuring IBM BAW and / or WDG Automation to deliver specific applications to business areas.- Supporting and mentoring business / IT users and helping them in the configuration of the automation toolsets- Putting in place automation development and configuration standards / best practice, including establishing governance procedures around the use of automation technologiesEssential Skills: Knowledge of developing business process applications using IBM BAW to an expert level, including business process design, user interaction design, data object development and development of management information as well as defining integration points into other systems - Essential Use of IBM Business Automation Insights to development management information dashboards - EssentialCertes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
