We are currently recruiting for a 6-month contract role assisting with the Corporate Finance team in a Company based outside of Newport.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a small team within a busy Finance Department. This post will work within the Corporate Finance team to provide a business support accounting function. Depending on your experience; this will involve coordinating the production of monthly finance reports, leading the financial aspects of business cases and regular liaison with budget managers.The role outline:• Manage the day-to-day governance tasks• Good report writing• Experience of analysing and improving processes• Good communication skills• Ability to work on own and with other people• Currently remote working with 1-2 days in the officeThe successful candidate will be AAT Level 4, CCAB (or equivalent) qualified or part qualified, and show evidence of Continuous Professional Development.Please note that candidates who are not fully qualified but are actively studying will be considered for the position.As a key member of the finance department the successful applicant will help to shape and develop the future of the finance team, enhancing the already strong financial support offered.The salary on offer is between £25,000 and £30,000 DOE, youll need to have excellent IT Skills (to Intermediate level) and be immediately available.If this could be for you then please apply.
