Job Description

Absolute is operating as a recruitment business for the supply of temporary to permanent vacancies.Our Newport based customer is recruiting an experienced Administrator to join them as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis after 12 weeks.Duties &Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for all enquiries via phone and email. Assist the Financial Manager with tasks using Xero/Sage Accounts, and processing payroll through Xero/Sage Payroll. Producing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes. General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc. Manage the office calendar and log employee hours. Arrange accommodation for employees working away. Book skips and other plant for projects. Order project materials and office supplies. Update company media accounts regularly. Monitor and schedule fleet maintenance. Support managers with their tasks, including preparing and proof-read site files, risk assessments and method statements, typing up certifications and general administrative support. Maintain company certifications and book employee training. Help maintain office welfare.Essential Skills:Experience with Microsoft Office software. Experience with providing support in an office environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A flexible approach to workload as duties may vary. Attention to detail. Good telephone manner Desirable, but not Essential Experience using Xero and SageWorking hours are 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday, with half an hour lunchPay rate: £10.00 per hour
