Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage AssessorLocation: PlymouthSalary: Up to £34,000 + bonusHours: 40 hour week, Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.30pm.OC12113We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor for our clients reputable site. We have new opportunities for our clients site based in the Plymouth area. They are offering excellent working conditions, brand newequipment, a company that prides itself on quality and very good money / company benefits.Estimator role:- Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed.- Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex)- Looking at the most cost-effective repair method- Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner- Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues- Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperworkRequirements:- Must have at least 2 years experience as a bodyshop Estimator- Ideally you will have the ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation though this isnt essential as we will consider candidates with time served experience- Professional and confident character who is able to deliver a strong customer serviceAll applications will be treated with the utmost confidentialityINDDAConsultant: Lea AbellOctane Recruitment is a specialist Automotive / Motor Trade recruitment agency.
