Job Description

Hours:Full Time, 37.5 hoursContract:12 months FTC, maternity coverBased: Kentford Manor, NewmarketCompetitive salary, excellent OTE and benefits packageHome Admissions Advisor/Customer Relations Manager [HAA] in our care home near Newmarket.We are looking for an experienced sales, marketing and business development professional, whose role is to ensure the home meets its occupancy and revenue targets. You are not necessarily from the healthcare sector but you will be able to confidently demonstratean ability to sell in a compassionate and consultative style and drive enquiries by building strong community ties.Our Home Admissions Advisors are the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, where they manage the sales process from the initial enquiry, showing a family around, to admitting their loved one into their home.You will be organising and helping to run open days, exhibitions and educational events for professionals and the general public to raise awareness of your home. You will work closely with heads of department in your home, Care UKs marketing and operationalteams. It is also essential for you to develop and maintain strong relationships with charity groups, the local community as well as health professionals to help drive enquiries into your home.In this hugely rewarding role youll be working with families who are looking for care for a loved one, at what is often a very stressful and emotional time. Therefore, it is essential that you have the ability to drive challenging business targets balancedby empathy, care and passion for improving peoples lives.Your backgroundWe are open to what your sales background/industry experience looks like but Sales and Customer service experience is essential in a face to face or business to customer capacityOur current HAAs come from consumer banking, nursing, leisure and pharmaceutical sales with strong B2C experience.
