Job Description

DELIVERY TEAM LEADERReporting to GENERAL MANAGER/DEPARTMENT MANAGER Key ResponsibilitiesSTORE OPERATIONSManage that the delivery is executed in the most efficient way and in line with the target productivity.Overlook and maintain excellent standards in the stockroom processing overstockin the correct order following company guidelines.Ensure the 25R replenishment is actioned accurately and in a timely manner.Ensure the delivery product is scanned thoroughly through RFID with any discrepancies being accounted for.Responsible forthe confirmation of all delivery notes in all 3 departmentsContinually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store at all times.To be responsible for the maintenance of stores electronic Devices, telephones, Ipods, bluebirdsCompleteother tasks as necessary to support the overall store.Comply with the Companys key Holders Policy at all times. HEALTH AND SAFETYTo ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and stockroom.Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.To be an ambassador in the companys sustainability project and ensure that thecompany upholds and works towards finding new, innovative and economically reductive ways to stay sustainable HR PROCESSESMotivating the team to achieve productivity while leading by example.To keep clear, timely and effective communication with the senior management team. Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous fashion retail experience/logistics
  • Stockroom experience
  • Team management experience

  • Initiative and self-motivation to drive own development.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varies hours overnight.
