New to the market, a vacancy for a VAT/Indirect Tax Consultant to join a fast growing Newcastle based accountancy firm and help them as they strive to achieve their strategic goal of being the number one advisor to owner managed businesses.Working alongside a team of VAT professionals this offers a great opportunity for those wishing to develop their technical knowledge to advance their skills alongside experts in their field.We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and flexible individual with between 1-3 years experience in VAT. As an entrepreneurial and dynamic firm they are looking for similar like-minded individuals and someone who has a passion for their area of expertise, hungry to progress.On a day to day basis you will become a key part of the delivery of VAT projects and services to a diverse range of clients, providing clear practical advice, building relationships both internally and externally, preparing technical updates and completing first draft of VAT advice for Manager and Partner review.Applicants must be able to demonstrate good research skills and hold experience of advising on VAT matters with the ability to project manage and deliver to deadlines.
