Document Specialist/TypistNewcastle Upon Tyne Monday - Friday 20.30pm-4.30pm (Nights)Hybrid Working - 2/3 days working from Home Brook Street are delighted to be working with a well known Law firm who are in search for a Document Specialist to join their team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global law firm.Key Skills and Experience- 80 wpm accurate typing speeds - Experience of audio typing - Experience in producing and amending lengthy and complex business critical documents with speed and accuracy- Proven attention to detail - Experience of Excel useful - Experience in creative thinking to assist in the redesign of layouts in PowerPoint and general problem solving - Willing to learn new skills- Experience in working with a team - Basic administrative experience required - Strong communication and organisational skills required - Reliable, punctual and flexible - Confident, professional and the ability to use own judgement - Previous experience in working nights and in a legal/banking/accountancy profession is an assetYou will be working as part of a motivated team to provide professional, high quality documentation. You will be working solo in our Newcastle Hub alongside individuals in our London Office.
