Job Description

A global professional services business, who provide design services to the built environment, are looking to appoint a Team Coordinator into their Newcastle office. This is a newly created support role working within a busy team, with great responsibility for how the team operate and service clients. As team coordinator, you will have some Personal Assistant duties for the business leaders and will work alongside variousdepartments across the organization.You will be working in a hybrid position supporting several offices within the North, with some travel required occasionally to keep in touch with teams on a face-to-face basis.About the role:

  • Provide admin support to a very busy team including business leaders, with some PA duties included
  • Work collaboratively with the Project, Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Admin support including preparing bids, PQQs and documents such as CVs and project sheets
  • Proactively support several offices across the North, North West and Yorkshire regions
About you:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Proactive attitude and able to prioritise admin workload
  • Experienced in office administrative procedures, confident working with MS Office packages
  • Qualification or membership with a recognized administrative body, or aspiration to obtain
  • Take responsibility of own learning and development
