Job Description

Site ManagerNewcastleFull Time | Monday to Friday | 7:30-16:006 WeeksRate is circa £260 per daySearch are currently working in partnership with a Design & Build and Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK.Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Newcastle.The scope of works will include; Partitioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Installation of Flooring, Office Furniture and Audio & Visual Packages.Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the entire project right through to completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct tool box talks & issue permits
  • Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards.
  • Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience of managing Cat B Fit Out projects as No 1 on site.
  • Excellent Leadership, IT & Written Communication skills
  • A sound knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
RemunerationThis is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy.
