Are you an inspirational, driven, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher who is looking to make a long-term, positive difference to the lives, progress and development of children If so, we want to hear from you!Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher to work in one of our fantastic Primary Schools in Newcastle on a full-time and long-term basis to start in September to cover a Maternity until July 2025. The role isbased in Year 5. Applications from ECTs are welcome and there will be opportunities for part of the ECT qualification to be completed whilst in the role.The role will involve planning and delivering lessons to full classes with the support of Teaching Assistants within lessons. A key part of the role will be to differentiate lessons appropriately and work effectively alongside other members of staff to ensureall pupils are able to make progress and are taught in a way that is suited to their individual needs and learning styles. Another key part of the role will be to build positive relationships with pupils and other members of staff to ensure challenging behaviouris managed in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner.It is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both Pupils and staff.
